The Rooms

All rooms are en-suite and have been decorated to a high standard. All rooms have double-glazing. All facilities are provided including tea and coffee making facilities and all rooms contain hairdryers and colour Televisions.

There are two twin rooms on the first floor one good sized with en-suite and a smaller twin room with private facilities.

All the en-suites vary in size but all have shower, toilet and wash basin. There is vinyl flooring to all the en-suites.

There are two double and one small family en-suite rooms on the second floor.

All bedrooms are carpeted.

All bedrooms have a kettle and complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits bottled water is provided.

Our bedrooms are central heated with individual thermostat control for your comfort.

All have colour television, hairdryers, and alarm clocks

All our beds have synthetic duvets and pillows.

Top sheets and blankets can be provided if preferred. Please specify when booking.

All bedrooms have wardrobes free standing or built in. bedside tables and drawers.

Our bedrooms are not large but all have at least one chair.

We offer a varied substantial breakfast which is served between 8.30am and 9am.

We are totally non-smoking.
