Tariff Per Person - 2011 Prices

Two adults sharing a double room, price per person, bed & breakfast:
per night £34.00 - £35.00
per week £204.00 - £218.00

Single occupancy rates per night:
from £40.00
from £235.00

A further 5% discount on the weekly rates is available for all OAP's

All prices exclude bank holidays, Christmas & New Year. These are available upon request.

A non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of your first nights accommodation is required within 5 working days of the booking being made to secure the room.

In the event of no deposit being received The Forge reserves the right to re-let the room.

In the event of a no show or curtailment of stay, we reserve the right to charge for all or part of the stay.

Check-in is between 2pm - 6pm. Other times by prior arrangement only.

Cancellation policy. After you have paid your deposit a contract exists between us and we now strongly advise that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover any losses you may incur if there is any reason to cancel your booking. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before 12 mid-day on the day of arrival the full amount owing for your holiday may then be payable.

Credit & Debit cards can be used to secure a booking, we would like to make you aware that in giving us your card details you are authorising The Forge Guest House to deduct either a non-refundable deposit or, in the event of a no show, a sum equal to the cost of the first night's accommodation. There will a handling charge of £1 per transaction.
