Our Tariff
All our rooms accommodate up to two adults and the tariff is from £115 per room per night which includes breakfast.
We are an adult only guest house.
All prices exclude bank holidays, Christmas & New Year. These are available upon request. Room only rates also available on request.
A non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of your first nights accommodation is required within 5 working days of the booking being made to secure the room. Rooms can be secured using a cheque or bank transfer.
In the event of no deposit being received, we reserve the right to re-let the room. In the event of a no show or curtailment of stay, we reserve the right to charge for all or part of the stay.
Check-in is between 2pm - 6pm. Other times by prior arrangement only.
Check-out time is 10am on day of departure.
Cancellation Policy
After you have paid your deposit a contract exists between us and we now strongly advise that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover any losses you may incur if there is any reason to cancel your booking. If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours before 12 mid-day on the day of arrival the full amount owing for your holiday may then be payable.
Terms & Conditions
Arrival
Your accommodation will be available for you from 2.00pm til 6.00pm or by prior arrangement. Payment is due in full on arrival.
Departure
Check-out time is 10am on day of departure.
Damages
All damages or breakages must be paid for.
Smoking/Vaping
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere in the property. Anyone who does not respect this will be asked to leave the premises. All moneys paid will be forfeited and an additional charge will be made for the deep cleaning of the room.
Disturbance
We hope guests enjoy their stay in Filey and more importantly, at The Forge Guest House. However, excessive noise or disturbance of other guests will not be tolerated and could result in the offending guest being evicted with no refund.
